The exam changed on 9 July 2026
In plain words, here is what is different and what it means for how you study.
- Three domains, new weights. People 33%, Process 41%, Business Environment 26%. Process is still the biggest block, but People and Business Environment together are 59% of the exam. Studying only schedule and cost formulas leaves most of the marks on the table.
- 180 questions in 240 minutes. 170 are scored and 10 are unscored, and you cannot tell which. There are two optional 10-minute breaks. The first comes after the case-study section and you cannot go back.
- Case-study sets. One scenario, several linked questions. You must keep the facts straight across the set.
- Graphic-based questions. Charts and diagrams you must read and interpret, not recall.
- Roughly 40% predictive, 60% agile or hybrid. Spread across all three domains.
- AI and sustainability appear inside scenarios as judgement and governance topics.

How access works
All paid items are online and view-only in your logged-in account. There are no files to download. Study notes and worked examples open in a reader. Questions are served one at a time in the question-bank reader and the exam engine. Flashcards run in-site. The tracker is an online readiness tracker saved to your account. Each page is licensed to you personally and watermarked with your details. Accounts are for one person and cannot be shared; read the personal licence.
Why these tests are demanding
We do not claim they are harder than other providers' tests, because you cannot verify that. Here is what you can verify.
- Original scenario questions. Every question is written from scratch as a situation: what should the project manager do first, next or best. No definition recall, no text copied from PMI publications or other prep providers.
- Long, realistic stems. Hard-level stems run 100 words or more, so you must pick out the deciding clue from the noise, as on the exam.
- Hard questions in proportion. The four mock exams are built at roughly 40% hard, 50% medium and 10% easy.
- Every option is explained. Each question tells you why the right answer is right and why each wrong option is wrong, in that scenario.
- Checked for repeats across the whole bank. Every question was scanned against all the others for the same decision. The scan shows 0 repeated pairs. A changed name or number does not make a new question.

Will I pass if I finish everything?
We cannot promise that, and no honest provider can. The kit gives you realistic practice and an explanation for every option; passing depends on your preparation and your experience.
Are these the real exam questions?
No. Every question is original. We do not use exam content and do not know the actual exam questions.
How many devices can I use?
Up to 2 active sessions per account, for your own use. A new sign-in ends your oldest session. Accounts are single-user and cannot be shared.
How long do I have access?
