Single-user licence
A paid entitlement is for one named customer only and is tied to the email address used at checkout. Do not share your password, session, or account access with another person. We may end sessions or suspend an account where sharing is evident.
Content restrictions
Questions, answer choices, explanations, scores, and related service content are licensed for your personal study. You may not copy, scrape, record, redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or use the content to create another question bank or training product.
Online service and attempts
Tests are taken online at certcrafter.com. We may update, correct, or retire content and may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or security. Unlimited retakes apply while the entitlement remains active and are subject to reasonable anti-abuse controls.
Refunds and termination
Refunds are governed by the 30-day refund policy. Access may be revoked after a refund, chargeback, misuse, license abuse, or material breach of these terms.
