Terms and conditions

These terms govern CertCrafter's online exam-practice services. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to use the materials for lawful, personal educational purposes. CertCrafter provides practice material to support exam preparation; it does not guarantee that any student will pass a certification exam, and outcomes depend on the student's own preparation, prior experience and study process.

Changes to these terms

We may update or revise these terms. The date above changes when we do, and continued use of the site after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Single-user licence

A paid entitlement is for one named customer only and is tied to the email address used at checkout. Do not share your password, session, or account access with another person. We may end sessions or suspend an account where sharing is evident.

PMP Complete Exam Kit: personal licence

These two products are online access, view-only, inside your account. They are licensed to you personally, for your own study, as a single user. In addition to the terms above:

  • Do not share your account, password or a session with anyone, and do not let anyone else use the material through you.
  • Do not reproduce the content in any form. That includes copying, downloading, printing, saving, scraping, recording, transcribing, photographing or screenshotting it, and publishing or passing on any of those copies. The controls on the pages that block copying, saving and printing are part of the service and must not be bypassed.
  • An account may have up to two active sessions at once. Signing in again ends the oldest session.
  • Pages and questions show your email address and an order reference, so that a copy which leaks can be traced to the account it came from.
  • When you sign in and while you use these products we record your IP address and device details, and which questions and pages you open and how fast. We do this to enforce this licence and to stop automated copying; see the privacy policy.
  • We may close an account that breaches this licence, including by sharing, reproducing or automated access. An account closed for misuse is not refunded. The 30-day refund policy still applies to a good-faith request where the licence has not been breached.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under consumer law in your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content restrictions

Questions, answer choices, explanations, scores, and related service content are licensed for your personal study. You may not copy, scrape, record, redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or use the content to create another question bank or training product.

What "lifetime access" means

Every bundle is a one-off payment with no renewal, no subscription and no expiry date on your account. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: for as long as CertCrafter offers that certification online, your entitlement gives you access to it, including any corrections and updates we publish to that question bank at no further charge.

It is not a guarantee that the service will run forever. If we ever have to retire a certification or close the service, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email to the address on your account so you can finish your preparation, and anyone who bought within the previous 30 days can ask for a refund under the refund policy. Access can end earlier only for the reasons set out below: a refund, a chargeback, or a breach of these terms.

Online service and attempts

Tests are taken online at certcrafter.com. We may update, correct, or retire content and may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or security. Unlimited retakes apply while the entitlement remains active and are subject to reasonable anti-abuse controls.

Refunds and termination

Refunds are governed by the 30-day refund policy. Access may be revoked after a refund, chargeback, misuse, license abuse, or material breach of these terms.

Educational disclaimer and trademarks

CertCrafter provides independent educational practice material and does not guarantee examination results. CertCrafter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by API, NEBOSH, AWS, ASQ, ASME, PMI, Microsoft, LPI, ASNT, or any other awarding body. API, NEBOSH, AWS, ASQ, ASME, PMI, Microsoft, LPI, ASNT, and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Business and governing-law notice

CertCrafter is operated from India by a limited-liability business. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service, are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law in your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded. Payments are collected by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
