Refund policy
CertCrafter provides online exam-practice services operated by an India-based limited-liability business. You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@certcrafter.com from the purchase email address.
How refunds work
Tell us the product purchased, purchase email, and reason for the request. We will review the request and, when approved, ask Dodo Payments to return the eligible payment to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Access after a refund
When a refund is approved or completed, CertCrafter may revoke the associated license entitlement and online access. Continued use after access revocation is not permitted.
Service problems
Contact support promptly if the service is materially inaccessible or a purchased test is not available. We will first try to restore access or correct the problem. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
